What a lovely time I had coordinating this couple's day!
When Fernando first called me, I knew it was meant to be because the couple lives in San Antonio and Fernando was born in Peru. I grew up in San Antonio and have been on numerous mission trips to Peru. Some of my family's favorite people now live in a small jungle town in Peru and minister in their community. My son lived with them for 6 months after graduating from high school. I was delighted to be chosen to coordinate their wedding.
Ant Street Inn was the perfect location for them because their family and closest friends could stay with them and they could celebrate the entire weekend. We also had a food truck that drove up from San Antonio, so we got to eat some legitimate and excellent TexMex tacos.
The weather cleared right when we needed it to so that we could have the ceremony outside. It was standing room only, though, just in case we needed to head inside quickly.
They had a wonderful band and their friends and family were delightful and had a wonderful time!
All in all, everything ran smoothly. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your day, Fernando and Sarah. Many blessings on your lives together!
