Do you have an event coming up and you have no idea where to start or what to do? We'd love to put our wedding planning and coordinating skills to work for you! "Other" events include: fundraisers, vow renewal ceremonies, retirement banquets, corporate dinners and events, tailgate parties, birthday parties and any other type of event that you'd like help with from professional planners.

• Communications:​​

  • Initial meeting to discuss budget, guest count, vision, etc and create a custom package for you.

  • Final consultation six weeks before the event to establish timeline, layout, and important details.

  • Full event day checklist and photography checklist to ensure no missing details.

 

• Event day:

  • Pre event services performed as agreed by lead coordinator and client

  • Serve as main point of contact for guest and vendors throughout the event.

  • Lead coordinator on site one hour before event begins to ensure all details or set and read for the event

  • Ensure your event flows naturally and stays on schedule.

  • Lead coordinator will stay until the end of the event.

  • If decorations are included in custom package, the set up and tear down crew will perform duties as outlined in the timeline created by the lead coordinator.
