All-Inclusive Package

Our All-Inclusive Package is for the bride who wants a stress free wedding planning experience. Family and friends can show up on the day of the wedding to find everything magically done!

 

Be assured this package is customized for you, not a generic package that looks the same for every wedding. As an All-Inclusive client, you will have two consultations (more available if needed) where you will share with us your wedding vision, taste your meal and cake choices, and meet the DJ and lead coordinator for your wedding day. This allows us to tailor the package to perfectly match your vision, colors, style, cake, and meal selections.

Our All-Inclusive Package includes:​

  • Bartender, beer, and wine for a four-hour reception

  • DJ for ceremony and four-hour reception    

  • Rentals

  • Catering  

  • Cake, cupcakes or desserts

  • Florals                    

  • Photographer (engagement photos, seven hours of wedding day photography service, and digital copies of photos)

  • Hair and makeup (minimum of four, full-time services)

  • Three person Day-of Coordination Team

  • Decorate and Disassemble Team

 

All vendors are hired from our preferred vendor list, a group of vendors that we know and trust to do an amazing job!​​

 

  • Planning Services:

    • VENDORS - We Will:

      • Make payments to vendors (deposits at beginning, final payments six weeks before)

      • Request proposals and present vendor quotes for you to review and approve

      • Arrange and attend meetings with vendors (as requested by you)

      • Obtain final payment balances from vendors and distribute final payments to vendors

      • Obtain vendor confirmations two weeks prior to the event to establish contact and finalize service details

    •  COMMUNICATIONS - As an All-Inclusive Client, you will receive:

      • Unlimited email communications via Honeybook (our client communication program)

      • Monthly checklists for items you need to address to ensure no missing details throughout the planning process

      • Final consultation with your Lead Coordinator four to five weeks before the wedding to establish wedding day timeline, layout, and final ceremony and reception details

      • Wedding day checklist and photo list to ensure all details are addressed

    • OTHER DETAILS - As an All-Inclusive client, you will also receive:

      • One-hour design consultation

      • Assistance with wedding website

      • Assistance with save the date and wedding invitations order

      • Assistance hotel room block reservation

      • Assistance with personalized expense tracking spreadsheet

      • Assistance with creation of layout and decoration plan based on your preferences

 

  • Wedding Weekend - We will:​

    • Coordinate rehearsal including processional order, bridal party positioning, family seating, recessional, and assisting the officiant. Depending on the availability of the venue and venue policies, the rehearsal will be held the day before the wedding or on the wedding day.

    • Serve as main point of contact for guests, vendors, and wedding party throughout the wedding day

    • Provide standard signs (available in acrylic, wood, and chalkboard) and easels for sign-in table, cake, welcome area, etc.

    • Arrive on site two to three hours before the ceremony to greet vendors, guests, and assist with last minute details

    • Provide ceremony cues during processional and recessional for officiant, family, and bridal party

    • Distribute flowers to wedding party and family (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and flower petals)

    • Communicate with vendors throughout the day to ensure your ceremony and reception flow naturally and stay on schedule 

    • Provide cake cutting services (saving you the best piece!)

    • Coordinate exit by lining up guests, distributing your send-off item of choice, and making sure the photographer is ready to capture the perfect shot!

  • Decorate and Disassemble - Our team will:

    • Pick up and return rented items (linens and smaller decorations)

    • Arrange tables and chairs to match agreed upon layout, if not already done by the venue

    • Stylize with personal decorations brought by the couple or family (pictures, toasting glasses, party favors, etc.)

    • Dress guest and decorative tables with linens and centerpieces

    • Light candles before guests arrive to the reception

    • Carefully pack personal decorations after reception

    • Collect rentals to be returned by your designated party

    • Gather all leftover food and cake to be taken by your designated party

    • Assist with loading personal belongings into vehicles

* The venue MUST be in the Brazos Valley, or within 30 minutes of College Station to avoid travel fees.
