Kyle and Alicia

August 5, 2017

These two were really special, even though I barely got to know them. When Alicia contacted me about coordinating their wedding, she and Kyle were living in China and working as teachers. So they planned their entire wedding from out of the country, and I felt so blessed to be the one to bring it all together!

Moore Ranch was the chosen venue. The couple opted to have the ceremony down under the beautiful oak trees that adorn this beautiful property. It was an August wedding, but the weather was unseasonably cool and the trees provided great shade for the guests.

Beautiful sunflowers were the perfect flower to highlight the tables cloths that were hand made in China and brought back to the US by the couple. They also had chop sticks at the table with their Chinese names engraved on them. These two love that country and desire to return someday as missionaries.

Kyle and Alicia opted for a first look photo shoot which turned out lovely. This also allowed them to take photos with their bridal party ahead of time and helped to ease everyone’s nerves. Their main dish was Chick Fil A nuggets and sandwiches with Buppy’s catering the sides. Cake Junkie provided cupcakes of various flavors for the cake.

The couple also opted for some sunset photos and of course, the Aggie War Hymn at their reception! The toasting was a sweet time, and this group loved to party! We sent them off with sparklers and best wishes!

Kyle and Alicia, we feel honored to have coordinated your most special day, and wish you the very best!!
