The best way I can describe Aaron and Diana is that they were super chill, but they knew exactly what they wanted for their wedding day. They were very flexible and didn’t even flinch when we made the call to move the ceremony indoors due to weather. They just wanted to get married and have fun with their family and friends. Decorations were very simple. I mean, who needs elaborate decor when you’re getting married at the Inn at Quarry Ridge? It reflected their tastes and favorite past time (can you guess what that is?)
They also opted for a pre ceremony “first look” photoshoot. One thing that stuck out to me was their ceremony was focused on their love for their Savior, Jesus. The music was absolutely beautiful, with a violin and guitar playing favorite hymns and worship music. They took time for communion and prayer with their pastor and his wife.
After the ceremony, the weather cleared up and was actually breezy and cool, so guests really enjoyed being outside for dinner under the tent that they ordered. After toasts, cake cutting, first dances, etc, the guests enjoyed a fun evening of dancing which was made possible by the couple’s friend, Jason Pratt. We never know how it’s going to turn out when a friend has volunteered their services. However, it turns out that Jason is a teacher and has been the DJ at his school’s dances for years and he was amazing! Overall, we had a wonderful time with these two and their families & friends. It was a great evening, and we enjoyed making their special day picture perfect. At one point, Diana said to me, “You guys have been so great. I’m so glad we were able to hire you. It was the best decision we made for our wedding!”
We worked with some amazing vendors who help us look good!
