Our lead coordinator will take care of all of the details of the day so that you can have fun getting ready and enjoy your guests throughout the day and evening.

• Communications:​​

  • Final consultation with your Lead Coordinator four-five weeks before the wedding to establish timeline, layout, and final ceremony and reception details

  • Full wedding day checklist and photography checklist to ensure no missing details

 

• Wedding Weekend:

  • Coordinate rehearsal including processional order, bridal party positioning, family seating, recessional, and assist officiant

  • Serve as main point of contact for guest, vendors, and wedding party throughout the day

  • Lead coordinator on site two-three hours before ceremony begins to get everyone lined up on time and down the aisle

  • Ensure your ceremony and reception flow naturally and stay on schedule as well as assist with after ceremony photos

  • Ceremony cues during processional and recessional for officiant, family, and bridal party

  • Coordinate exit by lining up guests, distributing your send-off item of choice, and making sure the photographer is ready to capture the perfect shot!
