Tyler and Marcie

May 28, 2016

This wedding, which took place on Memorial Day Weekend, was lively and patriotic. It took place at the bride's parents' ranch south of College Station. The week before, our town received some massive rain storms and actually flooded several roads and houses. This homestead was not a victim of the water (the road just past the turn off was completely washed away) but a giant sink hole appeared in the ground right behind the tree where the ceremony took place! Both the bride and the groom currently serve in our military, as well as the bride's parents, so it was fitting that they wed the weekend that we honor our fallen armed forces. The music, provided by BV Stringed Quartet was lovely, the pastor preached an awesome and uplifting sermon and the father/daughter dance was beautifully choreographed by Susan Quiring. Delicious cake in mason jars were created by Fabulous Fare, Rudy's BBQ catered, entertainment was provided by Livewire Event Services, and Laura's bartending served drinks. Rentals were from Fancy Flushes and Partytime, and RDM provided lighting for the tent. The women were made beautiful by Vixen Beauty and Amber Fazzino with SNA Photography captured all of the evening events. Enjoy her pictures as much as we do!!
