When Katie’s parents approached me at the Bridal Show, they had an enormous task before them and they wanted my help. They had recently purchased a ranch home on several acres and Katie and her fiance desired to get married there under the beautiful oak trees. I told them, “No problem”. We’ve successfully coordinated weddings on family ranches before! And they always turn out gorgeous!

When planning an outdoor wedding, weather is always the concern. The family rented a huge tent for the reception. It included tables for 300 guests, the caterer, a large dance floor and a band. The weather did cooperate for us, and although there were storm clouds in the sky, the rain held off, and we had a beautiful ceremony.

These guests had a great time. The band kept the reception lively and there was a photobooth and yard games to keep everyone occupied. We are always so thankful when we are able to make our clients’ vision comes to life and to be a part of the beginning of their happily ever after!
